How to Use: Dissolve the content of one stick of Cistiless in a glass of water and take, preferably on an empty stomach and bladder for better absorption. It is important to drink plenty of water during the day.
In the acute phase: during the first 3 days, take 2 sticks a day, in the morning before breakfast and in the middle of the afternoon;
Maintenance: take 1 stick a day, in the morning before breakfast, until the end of the pack.
Prevention: take 1 stick a day, in the morning, before breakfast, taking 1 full pack per quarter.
