Description
Azelac Gel is a facial hydrating treatment for inflammatory and non-inflammatory rosacea, redness, and acne-prone skin.
Its formula includes Azeloglycine®, an ingredient that combines the properties of azelaic acid with the moisturizing action of glycine. Azelaic acid offers several benefits:
- Anti-radical and anti-inflammatory action that combats redness and impurities associated with couperose.
- Inhibition of the tyrosinase enzyme, responsible for melanin synthesis, resulting in a more even skin tone.
- Sebum-regulating action, reducing oil secretion and eliminating acne lesions.
- Anti-aging effects.
Azelac Gel also contains niacinamide, which offers various properties: it stimulates collagen production, protects the skin from free radicals, regulates ceramide synthesis (an essential component of the lipid barrier that prevents water loss), and prevents skin inflammation. Silybum marianum (milk thistle) provides a soothing, softening, and antioxidant effect, concealing redness in couperose-prone skin.
Recommended for combination to oily skin. Not recommended during pregnancy.
